The Witcher 4 is coming
Last night’s Game Awards delivered a jaw-dropping moment as CD Projekt unveiled the first official look at The Witcher 4. And the biggest twist? You’re playing as Ciri.
The cinematic trailer showcased a dark ritual in progress, but Ciri crashes the scene, swords flashing and ready for battle. Game director Sebastian Kalemba confirmed, “It felt natural to make Ciri the protagonist. This game explores what it truly means to become a witcher.”
Fans are buzzing about the implications: Did Ciri undergo the Trial of Grasses? What’s up with her Elder Blood powers? And what’s the story behind that terrifying spider-lady?
Speculation is running wild, with many pointing to the Second Conjunction of Spheres as the source of new monsters—and the need for more witchers.
